"I am extremely happy with Mike's work. First, his punctuality was uncanny. If we had an appointment for 8:00 my doorbell would ring as the clock flipped from 7:59 to 8:00. 
During our first appointment he came over to discuss the scope of work and thoroughly walked me through his process. He was the embodiment of professionalism the entire time. We discussed the crown molding shape, wood type, and finishing. I wanted to match the solid wood cherry cabinets in already installed. 
When work began, exactly at the time agreed upon, he treated my home with the utmost respect. The work area was amazingly clean and did not impact anyone who was home at the time. His attention to detail with the woodwork was impressive. The house is over 110 years old and does not have a right angle remaining on any wall. Despite this, his corners were perfectly tight, the wood grain made the boards look like they were from the same piece of material and the finish matched the existing cabinet material perfectly. The cabinet maker (family member) even commented on how impressive the woodworking was. 
I could not be happier with the end result. I am glad I was able to have Mike perform such fantastic work in my home.

"We hired Grandview Construction to remove and replace the columns on our front porch. We met with Jeremy to discuss the design, and he was able to create exactly the look we were going for. This was one of the most positive experiences we have ever had with a contractor.  Within one day of contacting Closet Organizing System via email we received a callback.  We explained what our goal was and what we were interested in pursuing.  We then received a very prompt call from the Designer, Rich, who set up an appointment at our convenience in the evening since we both work.  He listened carefully to what our goals were and took measurements of all the spaces.  His then went to work on designing the systems for each space.  He kept us updated through email on his progress.  Again at our convenience in the evening he presented his ideas.  He was right on and we loved everything he suggested.  He was a true professional with over 30 years of experience in designing and installing closet systems.  We even discovered that he had installed my in-laws systems 25 years ago.   They still look great and are very functional.  The pricing was right where we thought it would be and within our budget so we approved the project.  Rich clearly explained what prep work would have to be done (removal of existing shelving, patching of holes and painting). We contacted our painter and created a schedule to do the project in two phases over two weeks.  They were very accommodating to again meet our busy work schedules.  The coordinator contacted  us via email two to assure that everything was set up correctly.  The project was then handed over to the installer, Todd.  He was a true professional, very courteous, and knew what he was doing.   All surfaces were protected and cleanup when he was done.  The end product is fabulous.   The night that the project was completed, Rich came by to check the work and to assure that we were happy.  Incredible Customer Service from start to finish.  The entire process took less than a month. We good not be happier and would recommend this organization to anyone seeking to better organize their living space.
