Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. "37 Legacy did an outstanding job on getting the floor inside my shed reinforced with stronger plywood. This has been a long time coming. Now I can put a small workout bench inside (along with padding of course) so I can work out at home vice go to Planet Fitness. Again, I recommend 37 Legacy for any handiwork needed!"

"Joel and his crew at Green Light Building replaced termite damaged wood at my house. Joel answered my request for a free quote that day and with 2 days, came to my house and I had a detailed quote for labor and materials. He then kept in touch to let me know which days and how long the job would take. It was beautifully done, on time as per quote. Friendly and efficient workers!!"
