They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. "The company responding QUICKLY to my call for a painter, and gave me a quote almost immediately. They were super accommodating even though I needed my painting done that very next Monday. The owner was friendly on the phone, and set up for the job was effortless. For the work, it was perfect. They got exactly the right colors, and even went to a different store to get exactly the color we wanted for our daughter's bedroom, even though it wasn't the paint retailer they usually use. It was four rooms in one day, and there wasn't a drip in sight. Even the edges were crisp and clean. We had a MINOR touch up that we noticed during our inspection, and the woman there addressed it immediately. In the end, the price was more than fair, the job was exceedingly well done, and the customer service was as good as I have ever had--attentive, quick, and knowledgeable. "Upon uncovering a leak during a rain, I emailed Maximus Contracting through Angie's List. They were my 3rd email sent but the previous 2 had other things going on and couldn't accommodate the 1-2 day appointment I needed to prevent further leak damage. Eric (Owner) was very responsive and responded to my email quickly. Upon return call, he said he could have someone there that day. Leo arrived and immediately assessed the situation and explained the required repairs to me. Upon his call to Eric and then Eric's call to me to discuss the repair cost, I was very satisfied with the agreed-to price. Eric even had Leo caulk the vent above the garage with no increase in cost. Leo left to get materials and returned in about 20 minutes. The actual repairs took him about 1.5 hours and after cleaning up, he was there for about 3 hours. The weather looked like rain and it did rain that evening and the next day, so I am grateful to Eric for answering my email and acting promptly. I will go back to Maximus General Contracting for any future home repairs.
