"They replaced my bathtub, installed a new vanity, put in new lights and painted a wall cabinet. Not only were they punctual, but very polite and reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future."

"It is important to have home contractors you can trust their opinion and work: ProMaster, contractors was knowledgeable and the work was excellent."

"Lang Company Construction has managed several projects at our recently purchased home. John and his crew reverted our previously converted garage back to a fully functional single car garage. This project was particularly difficult due to some structural damage that needed to be corrected. Everything turned out great. John also managed the installation of our complete roof replacement. His crew did an excellent job. They left our property clean and the roof looks fantastic. He recently installed a new exterior front door as well as the storm door. Both work perfectly. John has also recommended other trades people for plumbing and landscaping projects around our house and they have all performed well. I would recommend Lang Company Construction for about any project someone had in mind. John’s experience, his attention to details and his commitment to doing things the right way is exceptional. We will continue to use his resources for more projects we have planned at our home."

"We had a few jobs including grouting of shower, reinforcing kitchen cabinets and making a wall opening in our laundry room. Angel and his workers are truly professional, friendly and hard working. They were perfectionists."

"Michael Pedone receives my highest possible recommendation. He is very personable and professional. With decades of construction experience Michael discovered, explained and repaired the plumbing issue. More importantly, he stayed in constant communication while setting up the appointment rather than going silent as many do. If you want the BEST choose Michael Pedone."

This is the 2nd major project I contracted Art DeRosa & Co for.  The 1st being 4 years ago a major living room/family room renovation which was hugely successful.  That 1st experience led me to award Art (after several other competitive quotes) this 2nd and far larger & more complex project.

Overall it went well but this was a complicated project encompassing all the typical trades and expertise of building a new luxury house but far more complicated because it was a renovation performed while we were living in the home. Dust partition walls with wood framing had to be erected in several locations in the house which included temporary doors for entering and egress in certain areas of the remaining living areas of the house in order to protect the remaining house from dust and demolition , as well as, provide privacy for us during construction.

Experience, Experience, Experience and Professionalism, Professionalism, Professionalism are the hallmarks of Art DeRosa and company.  He is a seasoned performer and pretty much seen it all.  Art has such a vast amount of home construction experience in both hi-end and medium end homes that he can draw upon a wealth of knowledge in all construction disciplines to implement a fine finished result.  As a former tool and die maker his penchant for hi-precision finish work yields highest quality appearances to things like moldings; trim; windows; doors; floors; etc. etc.

This complex renovation project lasted 7 months which was within the initial time estimate given at the beginning and Art DeRosa and team were here every single day, day in and day out,  bright and early during that time frame. He did not start any other projects and stayed on the job day-in and day-out even when other sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians were on the job site excluding his people from doing any other work. Art DeRosa and team were here every single day until final signoff.

I would not hesitate to recommend Art DeRosa & Co for any planned New House and/or House Renovation of any kind.

"Excellent job. Showed up on time and did a nice clean up after. This job was to replace a hole in the ceiling with sheetrock and painting. Very good work; I can't even see where he patched it, so smooth. I will definitely use James Agate Contracting again."

"I’m really happy with how my back deck turned out! The work was done with a lot of care and attention to detail, and the finished deck looks great. He was reliable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck built or upgraded."

"Bobby and his crew are pros. They did extensive stone work at my home. Patios, Walkways 2 fireplaces, fire-pit and all landscaping and land work (retaining walls land grading). I could not be any happier with the work and the communication they provided. Bobby worked with me in marking necessary adjustments all within what I budgeted. I canâ t recommend Buchanan landworks any higher. A fantastic company with high quality workers and higher quality results. A GEM."
