The crew stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Mandy was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it!
