He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. "Isaac is an incredibly thoughtful, honest, and effective craftsman. We called him after we noticed leaks in our roof after a heavy rain. We checked with 4 other contractors, and Isaac’s price was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper. He came timely and did efficient and effective work. More than that, when it rained lightly after he completed the job, he’s offered to come back for free to add another coat, just in case the rain impacted his job. He didn’t have to do it, but he wanted to make sure he got the job done well. Because of his honesty, integrity, and hard work, he’s going to be our first call for contractor work."
