"Isaac is an incredibly thoughtful, honest, and effective craftsman. We called him after we noticed leaks in our roof after a heavy rain. We checked with 4 other contractors, and Isaac’s price was thousands and thousands of dollars cheaper. He came timely and did efficient and effective work. More than that, when it rained lightly after he completed the job, he’s offered to come back for free to add another coat, just in case the rain impacted his job. He didn’t have to do it, but he wanted to make sure he got the job done well. Because of his honesty, integrity, and hard work, he’s going to be our first call for contractor work."

He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."
