"Isaac went above and beyond on this job. He built steps going downhill along the side of the deck. He replaced the posts and joists underneath the deck and sanded, refinished and painted the pergola. We had our wood slats removed and replaced with custom cable railings which came out even better than I expected. He was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He worked within our budget as well. I interviewed about 10 contractors for this job and had a great feeling about Isaac and his company and he was willing and able to do exactly what I wanted. I feel that communication is so important when doing any construction project and he was great at that and letting me know everything that was happening. I highly recommend him and can’t wait to hire him for my next project. I absolutely love the end result of my backyard!"

"Encore Builders, especially Brandon and Ozzy, deserve all the praise in the world! We recently purchased a home and the sidewalk area was looking quite frumpy. I decided some artificial grass would be a nice clean touch. I did a quick Yelp search and found encore builders. I also looked at their instagram account and was amazed at some before and afters. Although this is a small job I knew theyâ d be perfect for it. Brandon and Oz arrived at the time we had set and gave me an estimate on the spot! They told me the job would only take a few hours and sure enough their crew was in and out. It was painless and Iâ m so happy that the exterior of our home matches the look and feel of the home itself. "Our front yard needed some structure. Gadi helped design and build two entry pillars in stone masonry, plus a new walkway to the door. The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. Gadi and his crew kept things simple and stuck to our request. Would work with them again."

"You get what you pay for folks - it is that simple. I needed help with what sounded to be a simple job (install a dog door) but I knew wasn't (was going in where an existing dog door was located - but not the same size/construction). My husband and I are pretty aggressive about tackling home repairs on our own, but this was certainly out of our league and would have been botched by your average guy. Frank showed up on time, loved the dog, did an outstanding job and worked with me to keep the job within my budget. Once we got into it, the project was going to take a lot more time than I had anticipated. To make it work, we agreed that I would take on the work to "make it pretty" if he tackled the stuff I wasn't so confident about (framing, plastering, stucco repair, install of new door/device) and it worked out great. After seeing what Frank through to get it installed, I know we made the right choice - this needed a true pro and that is what we got. Everything was clean, the workmanship was excellent and Frank was a pleasure. It helped that I had materials here ready for him to use and had talked through the project carefully with the manager. All in all, for those annoying projects that go beyond our skill set, I know I'll call again."

"Any kind of major construction or renovation work is alway a daunting prospect. Our first interactions with DT design & build INC were for a modification to an existing carport that needed to be brought up to code. While DT design & build INC was not the most affordable quote, they were definitely fair. After we had a favorable experience working on this project with DT design & build INC, and their project supervisor Tal, we decided to hire them to build a master-bathroom for our house and to design and build an ADU/apartment and dance studio on our property. This was a pretty long, and involved process. But in the end, I was very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed working with Tal, and developed a close friendship with him and his crew over the course of the project. I withheld my review of this company until I saw what kind of follow up service they provided. As we rented out our ADU, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Tal was good about getting back to us and addressing the things that needed to be dealt with. I would feel confident recommending DT design & build INC to any friends that are looking for a reliable construction company."
