There were issues being that the siding was old, in bad shape and questionable past construction, due to age of residence. He was on time and on task. I do think he needs to be a bit more communicative with the customer-owner when unexpected conditions or issues arise and how they will be handled or resolved."

Dave worked with our budget and gave us great ideas which we did not even know were possible. He and his crew were very professional, considerate of our time, and always arrived on time. Dave gave us great advice, and made our ideas become a reality. I finally have my dream kitchen! We would definitely recommend him! We will be hiring him next year to add an outside kitchen to our back yard."
