"Major RenovationsThis was a major ($40,000 plus) renovation that included plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinets, and lots of trim work, new shower and vanity etc. Worse for Monthly Upkeep it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the month. The crew stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Mandy was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I am so appreciative of this company and of Mandy and Spensir. I recommend him highly."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Adam and his guys have been available for small and quite large projects and always pleased to be of service. Have recommended them to a number of friends. He’s done everything from painting and repairs to helping clean out my unwanted items when I moved recently. Actually I called him for everything and anything that needs help around my condo for nearly 8 years. The best, and neatest ever! Carolyn."

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."

"I had a barber chair foot plate that had snapped completely in half. They did an incredible job repairing it—you can’t even tell where the break was. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!"

"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"Freedom Contracting completed a bathroom remodel and also installed a new tile floor for us. Overall, it was a great experience. The crew was very professional, worked quickly, and did a high quality job. The price seemed very fair for the scope of work. I would definitely recommend them."

"Josh and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. Josh made the whole process as simple as possible and walk me through each step. Our bathroom came out amazing and was done quickly, without skipping out on the quality. I am constantly recommending BlackOak Construction to all of my friends and family."

"Wesam did an excellent job with several repairs around my house. He was professional, reliable, and paid attention to the small details. Everything was completed exactly as we discussed. I would definitely recommend Altamri Handyman Service"

"Quality craftsmanship. Dedication. It was raining most of the day the work was done but he pushed on. He was here for nearly 12 hours. Because of the rain, he could not caulk so he had the office call me a arrange for a day/time he could come back to finish. They did and he did. Very satisfied."
