You had around the house that you could not handle the 2 technicians who came out and worked on the project that I had were very professional of. J.R. was especially attentive to my needs. He explained what he was doing why he was doing it and whether or not I wanted it done. And I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what he was doing to me and.
