"Very professional, polite and honest. Did a great job and we love our floor!!"

"I can't recommend Mr. Malone highly enough! He's very professional, is very knowledgeable and does great work. I had recurring drywall issues including large wall cracks from settling and drywall tape lifting in a 35-year old home. Both painters and handymen had done quick repairs with spackling and tape, but it never worked for long. Mr. Malone actually understood what was causing the problems and what was needed to prevent or minimize the chances of issues recurring. He explained all of the steps of my project well and worked very efficiently. I'm extremely satisfied with his work. Very highly recommended!"

"Did an excellent job with my baseboards. I could not be happier with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled carpenter."

"Frank actually shows up when he says he will and he does a great job. Very impressed with his knowledge of home repair and renovations. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Made the whole process very transparent."

"Everything about Lance Homes LLC falls into the excellent category: initial response, estimates, communication, punctuality, job completion, and workmanship. In my experience, he really stands out among contractors I have used, or tried to use."

"Spensir and his team of contractors did a kitchen remodel for us this fall. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful and exactly what we wanted. His team, composed of painters, plumbers, electricians and countertop men were all exceptional! They were always on time as expected or I was notified early with a schedule change. They were professional and courteous in our home. I highly recommend them for your project"

"Excellent workmanship. Honest pricing. Great personality."

"Chris and his team painted a deck with multiple wood walkways leading off the deck, stained a lattice, and they also stained the wood that we have on a building that we use for a patio/entertainment area. There was a lot of work involved with these projects. They handled the job quickly and with perfection! Awesome work! The wood looks new again has a beautiful natural glow to it! We will for sure use Chris and his crew for many future projects!"

"Perez did a great job installing flooring in my basement, Professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone. Company is in line to refinish my kitchen."

"I have been remodeling my bathrooms. Cole from S & D Carpentry reinstalled the baseboard, using baseboard that had been removed from another part of the house. He also added the shoe molding. He was very efficient and cleaned up afterward. Even though this was a relatively small job, I would recommend S & D Carpentry for carpentry work around my home."
