"We were very pleased with Mickey's work from start to finish. We had him pretty much paint our whole first floor with some drywall repair in our downstairs bathroom while installing new doors. Since the project was large, he layed out for us what he would be working on for that day. Mickey was very flexible as we had a handful of requests along the way. My husband and I are already thinking about different projects for the future and know Mickey is who we want to help us with these projects. This was our first "Angie" experience and we were super impressed."

"Frank did some quality workmanship designing and installing our kitchen. Very punctual and communicative. Had great input of ideas that we did not think of. Very easy to work with. He is my first call for any projects of this type."

"Everything about Lance Homes LLC falls into the excellent category: initial response, estimates, communication, punctuality, job completion, and workmanship. In my experience, he really stands out among contractors I have used, or tried to use."

"Major RenovationsThis was a major ($40,000 plus) renovation that included plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinets, and lots of trim work, new shower and vanity etc. Worse for Monthly Upkeep it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the month. The crew stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Mandy was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I am so appreciative of this company and of Mandy and Spensir. I recommend him highly."

"Couldn't ask for a more courteous and professional carpenter and installer. He ordered and installed a porcelain sink in less than a week and did a great job."

"Incredible work in a timely and custom focused manner. We remodeled our basement taking an awkward Ryan Homes floor plan and crafting it to a new thetre and entertainment area for the kids. The project manager partnered with me on design ideas, ensured I knew all costs baked in with no surprises, explained their process and utilized their highly certified and professional project team. You can tell the project team has worked many years together as they all stayed in step and ensure a quality product. Hire this team. You will not be sorry!"

"Chris and his team painted a deck with multiple wood walkways leading off the deck, stained a lattice, and they also stained the wood that we have on a building that we use for a patio/entertainment area. There was a lot of work involved with these projects. They handled the job quickly and with perfection! Awesome work! The wood looks new again has a beautiful natural glow to it! We will for sure use Chris and his crew for many future projects!"
