"Major RenovationsThis was a major ($40,000 plus) renovation that included plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinets, and lots of trim work, new shower and vanity etc. Worse for Monthly Upkeep it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the month. The crew stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Mandy was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I am so appreciative of this company and of Mandy and Spensir. I recommend him highly."

"Chris and his team painted a deck with multiple wood walkways leading off the deck, stained a lattice, and they also stained the wood that we have on a building that we use for a patio/entertainment area. There was a lot of work involved with these projects. They handled the job quickly and with perfection! Awesome work! The wood looks new again has a beautiful natural glow to it! We will for sure use Chris and his crew for many future projects!"

"I have been remodeling my bathrooms. Cole from S & D Carpentry reinstalled the baseboard, using baseboard that had been removed from another part of the house. He also added the shoe molding. He was very efficient and cleaned up afterward. Even though this was a relatively small job, I would recommend S & D Carpentry for carpentry work around my home."

"Dave is very friendly, trustworthy and pays extreme close attention to detail. His work is impeccable. He painted my entire home, installed new trim and installed tile. Paint job included, walls, trim, door and ceilings. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his quality of work. He is very experienced and offered suggestions during the project."

"The work looks good and I had a great experience. The project manager Walter was very informative and the carpenter lance did amazing work."

"They arrived on time. Very polite, thorough and professional. They completed the job, despite temperature around 20 degrees. We were very satisfied & the property owner got an estimate for some interior remodeling also. Their paperwork was itemized & listed supplies and labor. Thanks!"
