"This was a remodel project that had several distinct parts including drywalling, framing, finish carpentry and painting. Communication was way above average and the job was done on time and on budget. Weâ ve done many projects at our homes and this one was particularly well done by the contractor."

"The young man sent to power wash our deck and railings was outstanding, and Andres, the business owner, checked to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy before he left the premises. I highly recommend this organization ."

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. The project manager Thales was real easy to work with and he constantly focused on our satisfaction with the job. I highly recommend PLJ Carpentry. Dan Green Middleboro, MA"

"Steve is a fantastic craftsman of fine built in cabinets. We worked with Steve to design and construct 4 spaces in the home - a new mudroom, a new basement kitchen in a newly built entertainment space, a new basement mudroom and bathroom. We chose a different look in each space - stained walnut, lacquered wood with gold inlay, and painted wood - he did a phenomenal job throughout the home. Steve is patient and kind, and a good listener to understand what the client wants. He worked relentlessly to make sure the color matched my expectations on wood he stained. His hardware and hardware installation is impressive - all of my cabinets are functioning beautifully 2 years later with zero misalignment occurring. He is creative - added a hidden cubby in my mudroom wall paneling! I am so thrilled with his craftsmanship and hope to use him again if i can get around to redoing the last 4 rooms wit plumbing they haven’t been done since the house was built."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"CR Finish Carpentry was my recommended to us by a painter we were interviewing. After meeting with one of the owners and speaking with three references he provided, there was no doubt that they were the contractors for the job. Work was done well and expeditiously. We also hired CR to build shelves in one of our closets and most recently to build out a portion of our basement which was just completed. We could not be more happy with the results."

"Brad and his dad were great. They were always at the job on time. They kept me informed each day during the entire project. They are certainly experts with old houses and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. I would certainly have them back when we replace the front doors if we find the sill is rotted. Great guys. Great job."
