He responded to my request within an hour, we texted on a Wednesday and he agreed to come by our home to inspect the damage the following Monday. The door doesn?t close smoothly and needs to be pressed on to ensure it locks. But I am happy it?s done as I think it was a more complicated job than they anticipated."
