The dog door we purchased wasn’t 100% airtight so Vinny the owner came at no cost and did a work around to help seal the place air came through the flap. Even though it was the door manufacturer issue Busy bee wanted us to be happy and also build a rain resistant cover at no additional cost. "Sal was very professional. I found him on Angie's List and based on his reviews asked him to come to the house to get an estimate. Sal met me at the agreed upon time. He had emailed me an estimate for the work within a day.  I had to delay getting the work done until I had some mold remediated from the crawlspace; Sal was very patient with me.  When I was ready to get the work done, Sal worked me into his schedule within a few days of my phone call.  The night before the appointment,  Sal called to verify everything was still a go, which it was. The day of the appointment, Sal and  Anthony showed up at the agreed upon time. The work was done efficiently and the areas were all cleaned up when done. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and felt the price for the work was fair. As a side note, Sal and Anthony were both very kind and friendly.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on a future project.
