"I am extremely pleased with the work that was done in my home! He did an amazing job mounting both of my TVs, installing the two floating shelves, and mounting my fireplace. Everything was completed with great attention to detail, precision, and professionalism. He made sure everything was level, secure, and positioned exactly where I wanted it. The finished setup looks beautiful and has completely transformed the space. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and left the area clean after the job was done. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I will definitely be using him again for future projects!"

"My wife is literally "impossible" to please. Every job usually takes 2-3 additional trips to fix things. CHICAGOLAND HOME PRODUCTS NAILED IT ON THE FIRST VISIT! Thank you."

"It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact."

"Good contractor. Honest and quality work."

"We recently hired Juan at KB&D Remodeling to tackle a long list of projects around the house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He replaced faucets and a shower head, regrouted and sealed gaps in the bathroom counters, and even sanded down several doors that were dragging on the ground. Every single item on our list was handled with care and precision. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Everything looks and functions beautifully. What really stood out, though, was how reasonable the pricing was for the level of craftsmanship we received. Juan is clearly someone who takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled handyman who delivers excellent results at a fair price, look no further. We would recommend Juan at KB&D Remodeling without a moment’s hesitation. 10/10!"

"The job was done beautifully; the workers and Mr. Quinlan was professional and courteous at all times. the site was left organized, and all debris was removed daily. Would hire for next project. Unable to upload pictures will send by email"

"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

"Showed up earlier than scheduled to measure the door and to install replacement hardware. Installers used time well, protected the floors, and cleaned the job site. Very professional tradespeople."

"Charles was phenomenal. I needed a custom bard door created because standard sizes wouldn't fit due to the ceiling height. Charles immediately understood the project and got working right away. Nothing I would change as the door came out perfectly. Charles was also very diligent in his work making sure other aspects of the barn door were perfect such as the notch in the baseboard, the handle, the the track itself (which I had installed before hiring Charles) Overall, he is a great man and carpenter!"

"Dorian did an excellent job painting the entire interior of my home. His attention to detail was great, and he really cared for his work. He was able to notice any imperfections in the drywall and fix them. He used quality products and paint. He was very professional, and easy to work with. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I would definitely recommend them."
