"In 2019 remodeled master bathroom. Love it. 2020 remodeled lanai. New tile, walls painted. New ceiling fan with light. New door with blinds enclosed. Replaced cracked driveway. Replaced French drain properly. Removed mulch and replaced with 26 bags of stone. All workers clean up after each day. All respectful of your property. Pay as you go."

"Our townhouse crawl space was so wet that cypress roots were growing under our house. The first floor living area and garage were damp and had odors from the crawl space. LRE performed a crawl space encapsulation including a perimeter drainage system, heavy plastic sheeting, sump pump, dehumidifier, and airtight access doors. Zach was the crew leader assisted by Tim and Ryan. During the 3 1/2 day project I was always informed when they would arrive to begin work. At the end of each work day Zach did a progress debrief with me - and the areas by the crawl access doors were swept clean. After completion the odors were gone and the indoor humidity was under control. The crew was very polite and respectful. I have worked in construction myself and can say that the work was first rate. Good job!"
