Both have excellent communication skills & did an exceptional job putting a recliner together shipped in a box. They removed tge old recliner as quoted in the price. The place was left cleaned up. I understand this is a small job for Equality Builders of Columbia Basin, but they both handled the job very professional. He was also willing to come out to the north part of town (we are in Colbert). We had a couple of projects -- one rather urgent (major ice load in our eaves after the heavy snow storm that was causing water flow issues around the house) and a minor issue related to our washing machine water hookup. He diagnosed the problems and tended to their solutions within a day of calling him. He cleaned up everything when he was done and left our house better than when he showed up. We are new to the area and will use him for any handyman job we need from here on out."

This was a difficult project that involved lots of digging up large basalt rocks, hauling the old deck debris--complete with hot tub--down a treacherous narrow path and lots of steps.
