"We just bought a house in Sebastian this past November. Last Friday, we had James from JL Midas come out to the house to give us a quote on replacing the old, deteriorating ductwork and adding some blown-in insulation where it had settled and been pushed around over the last 35 years. During the inspection, we found black mold in the ducts. The amount of work that was done to save our system, and the manner in which it was done, were exceptional. James took the time to discuss all my options and then was able to fit us into the schedule the very next week, gave us a fair price for all the work, and the crew that came out to do the job was fantastic. All of the old ductwork was removed and replaced with properly hung, properly sized new ducts. The inlet and outlet of the air handler were sealed and all the registers were cleaned and sanitized. We had 3 pass-throughs installed, one new vent, and a ventilation jumper (essentially a fancier pass-through that better minimized noise and light transmission) installed for the master bedroom. Finally, the insulation for the entire house was topped off, so I know we will be much more comfortable this summer. The three young men that came to the house finished all this work in 2 short days, while remaining polite, considerate of the people and animals they had to work around, and accommodating to all the questions and concerns that I had. I would happily have them back anytime I need work done."

"Great communication with owner Zach . Quality surpassed expectations . Works with any type of woodworking project , had my stairs completely replaced and surfaced , also had 14 foot wall installed into my living room with cabinets and floating shelves . Overall would definitely use this company again for any of my woodworking needs."

"Cliff is a fantastic coordinator, and he also knows so much that he provides the finishing touches on many things. He follows-up on any issue, and he returns messages promptly. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!"

"D handy Corp did a great job on my home I recommend 100%"

"Demer installed and painted a new double door in a bedroom. Job was done very well. He also replaced and installed a new chandelier in my dining room vaulted ceiling. Great electrical work. He’s very trustworthy and professional."

"This guy did an amazing job installing my cabinets. Great personality and very reliable. I highly recommend"

"I needed to replace all my windows and doors with impact. I had eight windows and two front French doors that replaced my old crappy sliders. Cole showed up 15 minutes early was super respectful very knowledgeable and the best was he beat everyone’s quote that came to my house. It took about 2 to 3 weeks to order everything the moment it was here Cole had everything done in a day. He cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell there was any construction. The best in Palm Beach County hands-down."

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"They were neat and knowledgable"

"We hired Thompson Remodeling to gut renovate 2 apt units we purchased in 2019. The entire project had to be done via phone and email as we live in NY and the projects were in Vero Beach, Fla. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021. We are in great hands..(BTW, i am not related to anyone affiliated with Thompson and i think i have only written 2 reviews in my life) sometimes people only write when they want to complain, we couldn't have been happier.."
