"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."

He came in with a fair quote and was flexible with scheduling. After the work was done, we discovered that the preexisting structural components were insufficient so they had to go back in and reinforce some parts, which they did willingly - they really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the project. They were communicative throughout the process and always very friendly and thoughtful of our household while they worked. "Oscar and his crew arrived on site and worked like a house afire on Monday, getting the surface flat and receptive for sod. That included removing a large mound and leveling the lawn. The enriched soil was then spread. The second day they moved the three sprinkler heads and adjusted them for coverage, created the small retaining wall and installed the sod. They worked all day, both days and gave me the dream lawn I have wanted for three years. Great value; I was so pleased I added additional payment for the work. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly."
