"Adam was amazing to work with! Honest, kind, and most importantly gorgeous carpentry and finishes. Attention to detail was spot on. Would absolutely work with him again."

"Scott was great! He did many projects for us including painting, power washing and deck repair, resurfacing and staining. He was extremely responsive and very detail oriented. High quality work and customer service!"

"I had originally hired a different contractor who never finish the job. Phil and his amazing crew came in and did amazing fast work. Iâ m so impressed I would highly recommend them. They remodel our basement where there was a kitchen living room and bedroom. They completed in within a reasonable amount of time and very fair on their pricing."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Oscar and his crew arrived on site and worked like a house afire on Monday, getting the surface flat and receptive for sod. That included removing a large mound and leveling the lawn. The enriched soil was then spread. The second day they moved the three sprinkler heads and adjusted them for coverage, created the small retaining wall and installed the sod. They worked all day, both days and gave me the dream lawn I have wanted for three years. Great value; I was so pleased I added additional payment for the work. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly."

"Working with Alex was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was responsive in communication, understood our modification needs, and delivered precise measurements and a high-quality finished product. We would definitely turn to him again for any future fabrications or welding. Highly recommended! Thank you, Alex!"

"The job was done perfectly as expected in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and concerns and give me some ideas and options for another project I have pending. Great work, I will definitely recommend"

"Alex, the owner of Castillo Constructions, is just such a sweet and lovely guy. I was struggling with the fact that the garage doors on my home in Oregon were starting to fall off. The wood had rotted. The rental management company that handles my property came back with an insane quote of almost $9,000 to replace the carriage doors. My "only other option," they told me, was to replace the carriage doors with an electric garage door. But the carriage doors were one of the details that gave such character to my home. I explained this to Alex. At first, his bid was not far from the original one I had received. But when I explained to him that I really couldn't pay that much, he went back to the drawing board. I am so grateful to him for getting this job done at almost half the price that competitors were quoting. There were some delays along. the way, because the lumber was not delivered - but he was always communicative and clearly explained what had happened. The doors look absolutely fabulous. Thank you sincerely, Alex."

"Gave a great quote for service. Was prompt, clean, quick. Ceiling looks great. I'd never know there was a hole there! I'd hire him again."
