So I agreed, they went to work the next Monday from when they came out. Water proofing part of the basement. Door repair, and a ton of small projects, the List goes on.... they literally do it all. The original quote was for 1 month of work. even with all the extra stuff we kept adding on. If you saw the before and after, looks like a completely different house. Very trust worthy team. We weren't living at the house during the remodel. We had just bought the house and had not moved in yet. Gave team the code to the front door.
