He evaluated problem, gave me relevant information to make decision for repair. Removed decaying wood, went to store & purchased required materials, fixed fascia sections. He kept me informed for each step as needed. He carried own tools & c,earned up area afterwards. Am very pleased & requested estimate for two additional jobs. Hourly rate can be more expensive than maybe total cost of a "job" but am happy to know I can get handy man service since I don't know how to do any repairs myself & it's always been hard to get someone to come out for small jobs.
