She is equally as easy to talk to, she is not some some uptight snobby designer. The kitchen pantry lacked the functionality that we needed and the butler's pantry needed more storage. Of course this could not be be possible without the amazing installers Bryant & Richard who I highly recommend requesting, they are so thorough and pay very close attention to detail and they are fun and friendly!
