She is equally as easy to talk to, she is not some some uptight snobby designer. The kitchen pantry lacked the functionality that we needed and the butler's pantry needed more storage. Both jobs turned out just as Patti's designed looked...we could not be more pleased. Of course this could not be be possible without the amazing installers Bryant & Richard who I highly recommend requesting, they are so thorough and pay very close attention to detail and they are fun and friendly!

For the window, he was able to match an existing large bay window exactly with a large double hung window added to the perpendicular wall. It looks like they were all done in the same project."
