"Isaac went above and beyond on this job. He built steps going downhill along the side of the deck. He replaced the posts and joists underneath the deck and sanded, refinished and painted the pergola. We had our wood slats removed and replaced with custom cable railings which came out even better than I expected. He was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He worked within our budget as well. I interviewed about 10 contractors for this job and had a great feeling about Isaac and his company and he was willing and able to do exactly what I wanted. I feel that communication is so important when doing any construction project and he was great at that and letting me know everything that was happening. I highly recommend him and can’t wait to hire him for my next project. I absolutely love the end result of my backyard!"

"I was originally planning to get a wooden door, but Tony explained how much cheaper and easier it would be just to get a pre-hung metal door. He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. "We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."
