They ended up building a custom arbor, a raised deck for a storage shed, and my custom dog kennel / craft storage "mini house", including Hardieboard lap siding, installing a window, two sets of doors, a storage loft and decorative trim work. These folks work hard, and Bart has great attention to detail. My drywaller was pleased with how easy his job was since the framing was so true and even. When one tradesman compliments the work of another, you know you've got a good one! They also don't waste time or effort. They worked efficiently as an experienced team. I also enjoyed the amount of laughter and joking around they did, it is good to see people enjoying their work while not wasting time, and turning out a quality product. I am picky, and I have no patience for unprofessionalism. Stotler was professional every step of the way, whether it was communicating scheduling and timelines, being on time, working hard, and delivering everything as promised. The only thing I can find to complain about is the site cleanup, and my issues were minor. I am obsessive, and find fault in almost everything, so when I mention site cleanup I only mean they did a good job cleaning up, not a great job. But honestly, a little sawdust is not a big deal, and doesn't lower my rating enough to matter. I have more projects to do in the future, and I intend to use Stotler again."

"My name is Tony Duplessis, I contracted with Nick and his crew to repair and rebuild the railings and stairway for for my upper deck. They did a terrific job. I was very impressed from the start. At the end of each day they would put their things away, sweep down the area and clean up. After seeing the beginnings of some of their work, I started thinking of other projects that needed taking care of. So I had them modify the contract to add rebuilding the lower deck by the pool. I knew they would uncover problems from previous work, but I trusted they would fix it and rebuild it properly. I wasn't wrong they did an amazing job. Which led to another contract modification to repair some rotting facia boards on my 45 yr. Old house. I couldn't let all of this fabulous work go unnoticed so I had them paint the entire house including the surrounding block wall fencing. As usual after each day clean up was performed. I finally have one more project that I need. To install shutters that first have to be ordered. Nick will have them painted, if required, and hung once they arrive. I was very comfortable with the price they charge, and would highly recommend them B.N.C. BUILDERS. I'm thinking of other projects of mine that I want to have done."

It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job.
