"I needed to have a wall oven/microwave installed and needed the pre-existing opening in the wall widened slightly and a trim built around the new unit afterwards.�� I was told by Craig that it was no problem and that, when finished, it would like it came with the house.�� On the day of the work, Craig & Scott showed up and then Craig left for hours leaving Scott to fend for himself.�� I had to have an electrician hardwire the oven also, so everything was on hold without Craig. Eventually, Scott and the electrician tried to move the oven/MCW from one part of my kitchen to the other.�� The unit was heavy & almost impossible for them to lift. They had to set it down several times along the way causing numerous gouges on my hardwood floors...one at least 6 inches long!�� This was NOT a job the electrician should have been expected to do!�� I called Craig when this mess started & told him he really needed to be there to help move the oven & lift it into place���.to no avail!�� When Craig finally returned, it was evident that the unit was not placed at the height I had designated and that he and Scott were clueless about how to get the unit attached to the wall. ��At one point, the suggestion was made to put screws THROUGH the oven and into the wall.�� That was when I told them we were calling it a day!�� I went to Lowes the following day to ask for one of their installers to come finish the job and was told that based on how the work had been done to that point that they couldn���t install it since Craig left nothing to attach the unit to.�� So a week has passed and I am now in the process of finding a more competent carpenter to correct/finish the job. UPDATE: After the contractor saw my review he contacted me and offered to reimburse me for my third party to correct the issues, which he has done."
