Get matched with top carpenters in Washington, MI

"Art and his team were so wonderful to work with. From the estimate to them completing the job, they were always on time, polite and professional. Theyâ re very talented carpenters . We are so happy with their work and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to friends and family."

"The shed isn't worth investing the funds for refurbishing."

"They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

"Chris built a wardrobe closet, bedside bookcases, head board, bed frame with storage, dining nook bench, and a dining room table for me. Excellent work, prompt, cleaned up after every day. Super to work with and would highly recommend this professional!"

"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"Eric does high quality work. We are very happy with the results. A few communication issues along the way but he delivered on what we needed."

"North Star did an excellent job, the patio turned out amazing. Their workers were respectful and great, and the boss personally took care of everything."

"The salesperson Eli was very honest and up front and made us very comfortable with pursuing this project. The subcontractors were awesome. Joe with ProCement had a great crew poured a 16x16 slab with footings. The carpenter Tony was the best ever and was very methodical and particular about every aspect of his work. He wanted to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sunroom as it was being built. The electrician Denny was very fast and did great work, but it took at least a month to get the final inspection. Communication with the TEMO construction contact was horrid and resulted in that individual leaving the company. Jim Hall stepped in and finally made sure the job was completed. Jim also was very dedicated at the beginning when a significant redesign was necessary. While the final product is beautiful, TEMO needs to ensure better communication/interaction between the sales person and the construction staff. We were originally told the project was supposed to be done by mid-May. In actuality, construction didn't start till May 9 and wasn't finalled out until September."

"He did a great job. Very pleased with his work"

"Gary installed exterior steps leading from our kitchen to our backyard. We have a newly built home and he did an excellent job. When we are ready to do more wood work, we will hire him again. Dependable, affordable, and professional."
