"This will be the 2nd time we are working with Nick. They completely built out our finished basement with bath room and awesome custom made bar. He is by far a true craftsman with out question. Nick and his crew do fantastic work. Very clean professional, he handles all permits design and blue prints, so we are able to focus on the things we wanted to incorporate in the basement. Nick is quick on his feet to accommodate all are requests and concerns. He was great keeping up with all the changes we made along the way sorry Nick : ) We are so pleased with everything that was done. • I have a screened porch that was added onto my house about 25 years ago. For many years, rain has run down the inner wall and door where the porch attaches to the house. I had the porch roof replaced twice, but the problem continued. A variety of professionals tried to fix it, but no one was successful. Then someone suggested that I call a carpenter.

James Burns figured out the cause of the leak and gave me an estimate. He did the work the next day. It involved putting a new flashing over the old one and doing some caulking. We had a huge rainstorm less than a week later, and my porch stayed dry. It remains to be seen whether this continues, but I am optimistic. James told me to call him if the leak reappears.
I will definitely use James's services again.
