"Very professional, polite and honest. Did a great job and we love our floor!!"

"Major RenovationsThis was a major ($40,000 plus) renovation that included plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, cabinets, and lots of trim work, new shower and vanity etc. Worse for Monthly Upkeep it was on a deadline to get the property to the market before the end of the month. The crew stayed on time and within the budget. The crews were professional and skilled. Mandy was always available and on-site most days. The quality of work was superb. I got it on the market at noon on a Friday. Monday morning I had 5 contracts, all over the asking price. Clearly, the buyers appreciated the work as well. I am so appreciative of this company and of Mandy and Spensir. I recommend him highly."

"The project was affordable. Job went very well. All work looks very nice. The kitchen base with all plumbing, the laminate tile installation was very impressive. The work was done in a timely fashion."

"I highly recommend L&B Quality Home Improvement! Greg, the owner, and Zach were professional, reliable, and did outstanding quality work building my outdoor front steps and railing, at a very reasonable price. They were respectful, honest, and made the entire process stress-free. If you are a senior citizen and need home improvements, don't hesitate to reach out to them. They are trustworthy, dependable, and truly care about their customers. They were truly an answer to my prayers. Thank you, Greg and Zach, for a job well done!"

"The work looks good and I had a great experience. The project manager Walter was very informative and the carpenter lance did amazing work."

"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"Did a quality job staining my deck."

"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"Very professional and neat work. Everything was completed as promised. Great work ethic and adequate price. I would definitely recommend them."
