He was calm and understanding, and offered many choices of solutions. He built a very strong and beautiful replacement. He even made it wider with more concrete footings. He also added several (22) bolts through the fascia and into the house (finished basement, that he had to cut into the ceiling to repair…can’t even tell it was done from inside! He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work. Talked with us daily to give us an update or show/give suggestions. Will hire again."
