We worked with Donna Siben at Closet Organizing Systems to design a reach in closet in our master bedroom.  Spent about an hour laying out all the different options and discussing what would work best in the space, Donna listened and had a number of great ideas in terms of laying out the design.  The design and related quotes were turned around within two days, I appreciated the company's flexibility in bidding the design with three different types of materials so we could understand the price points and in quickly updating the bid when we made some final changes. 

Donna worked closely with their production manager and I to resolve two final updates related to the best approach for the casing and trim and had the closet materials ready and scheduled for installation within several weeks.  The installation went smooth and the installers were professional - on time, polite and friendly, respected the house and surroundings during their work, and left work area spotless.  Donna followed up with us the day of the install to confirm everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Experience with Closet OS was great, we will be updating two walk ins and another reach in later in the year and plan on using Donna and the company again.
