"I was planning to clean the sofas & carpet when our kids returned to school. With college and high school students home full time, the daily wear and tear had taken its toll. Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!"

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"The men came to the house on time and started work right away.
They washed the windows inside and out in each room.  They listened to any special instructions I had for each room.
If they found a problem they told me about it.  One window had something on it that only another solvant and razon blades could get it off.  They do not use razor blades so they informed me of the procedure but I needed to do it myself.
They cleaned up after each room.  
They were very professional and I would have them wash the windows again and have passed their name on to others.

"Most members of my family suffer from seasonal allergies. So I usually have my second floor carpets cleaned in early spring and again in the fall to try and reduce the amount of allergens in my home. I felt that my last company did not provide a satisfactory job, so I decided to try a different company this year. I arranged to have my carpets cleaned by The Cleaning Source (Carmel, IN). The staff arrived on time and completed a pre-inspection. It was determined and clearly explained that it would be a good idea not only clean the carpets, but protect (Scotchgard) them as well. Typically the cleaning job for my four rooms and hall last about 35-40 min. However, given the extra attention to detail provided by the staff, this job lasted an extra 15 min or so, but it clearly showed in the end result. My 5 year old carpets looked and felt like new again. They even removed a tough spot (for a minimal fee) that I didn't think was possible to clean.
I'm happy to say that The Cleaning Source is now my go to carpet cleaner. Thank you for a job well done and for friendly service!
