"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"ME did a great job for me today! Very professional and efficient. Carpet looks new -- all stains and spots removed. Great job. Thank you very much ME!"

"Went out of his way to help us move into our new house.A job that should have taken 2 days he completed same that day. He cleaned, stretched (needed new nail boards) , and even did carpet repair. Outstanding and Fast work"

"My carpet had stretched and had ripples in it. I was considering replacing the carpet and a friend recommended I try having it restretched. I wasn't optimistic but gave it a try and was surprised at how good the carpet now looks. Good results and certainly a lot cheaper than y alternative."

"They did our move out clean, and did a fantastic job - we have a dog, and our landlord said the house still had an odor
after the initial cleaning, so they came back the next day at no charge.  The carpets looked gorgeous, but pet smell can be tough to get out.  I really think it had more to do with the house being closed up for a while, and all the rain we had.  They were very responsive and went above and beyond - they also didn't charge me a ridiculous amount for a move out clean - this was a 3 story house, 2 sets of stairs, etc. LOTS of carpet, and they did the flea/tick treatment!

"It went well, the ducts needed cleaned badly. After the initial cleaning, there is an every 6 months check-up that was included for a number of years."
