"I had an urgent need to have my dryer vent replaced on a weekend. When I called and explained the situation, Bobby said he could come over within the hour. I agreed and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He inspected the dryer, told me what needed to be done, and quoted me a very reasonable price. As he got into the job, it was apparent that it was going to be a lot more complicated than we thought due to some issues hidden in the ceiling. Bobby had to run to the hardware store for supplies, come back and finish the job. He was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout, and explained everything he was doing. He did quality work and left a spotless work area when he was finished. I was very appreciative of his help and highly recommend him. I have other work around the house that needs to be done and I will definitely contact him first."
