He explained it was not harmful, but if it was his home, he would remove insulation and clean thoroughly. That's what we did. We scheduled a date for his team to come back, and they were very thorough! They worked all day up there which was a warm day and cleaned every corner. I did not see any droppings whatsoever. Professional, hardworking, intelligent folks. Could not be more pleased with their work!"

"Light fixture wobbles. The light switch, at first worked and now the fan speed cannot be adjusted and stays on high. Its wired wrong. He didn't balance fan and took the box it came in with him. I contacted him about the issues I was having and he said he would come out and fix it. Now he avoids me and will not return my calls.


UPDATE-10/28/14: Clark came back out today to correct the issues. It turns out that the ceiling fan I had purchased was of lower quality but he was able to fix the problem with the fan and also with the switch on the wall. Clark was excellent in the return and I'm glad we were able to address the problem."

"Andy did an outstanding of stripping 150 years of paint off the Marshall Point Light in Port Clyde, Maine. The metal was taken down to bright with all paint and extensive rust being removed. This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. I highly recommend Andy and Aqua Terra for any such project."
