"Working with Derek and his team was great. The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. He was very kind, patient, understanding, timely with replies, and always followed through with his word. He actually restored my faith that there are honest contractors out there. His quote was more than fair, and his team traveled like 2, 2.5 hours for the job. His guys were always on time, very personable, and professional. They also went above and beyond by painting the walls, even though that wasn't part of the quote. Overall, Derek & his team are very trustworthy, reliable, fair, and all around kind.
