"I will start by noting that do to time constraints, we were not able to proceed with Swartz. However, I still feel compelled to provide a review given Aaron's responsiveness, knowledge, and overall professionalism (even after I told him we were going with a different contractor due to the timing needs / issues). This process required plans and bid work to be completed on a very accelerated time line to meet a short closing timeline.
