A representative came to my home, took pictures of the ceiling, made measurements, and emailed an estimated within an hour. The price quote was detailed and quite reasonable. A week later, a plastering crew arrived and pulled down the damaged ceiling, put up blue board, and skim coated the entire ceiling in a half day. Three days later, a paint crew arrived to prime and paint the new ceiling, again in about a half day. My wife and I very pleased with the work done. The crews were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the area they worked on and in after completing their work."

"I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did.
