Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. "If you need plaster work done, I highly recommend Best Pro Builders Inc. I have been renovating a 100-year-old house in Cambridge, and needed some ceilings and walls repaired prior to painting. Erick came to my property twice to help me understand which walls and ceilings could be covered with skim coat plaster, and which needed to be demolished, as the plaster was coming loose from the lath. The crew who did the work were extraordinarily competent and hard working. As the job proceeded, I became worried about the huge mess the ceiling demolition made, but when the crew finished the job, they vacuumed and washed the floors, leaving the place cleaner than it was when they got there.
