"Several issues were found when Fred opened the wall. The previous owner had run wiring and plumbing in a manner not complying with current standards. Also had to cut concrete floor to put in drain. Fred did an excellent job of overcoming these issues and getting my shower installed and also completed a closet for me."

"Matt did most of the framing of 10 second story windows in Chinqapin harvested from the property years ago, and it looks outstanding, this was a storage shed turned into beautiful tiny house…12’x16’. He also insulated and had to add bunches of nailing boards in order to just hang the Sheetrock, or provide a means of installing insulation. Best of luck fella."

"Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"
