Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. The house was completely empty and had been cleaned non-professionally by the previous owners so we thought that Maid Green would give the house a very nice polish before we moved in. Sadly that wasn't the case. Only one person was on time and the cleaner in charge was the one late, so late in fact that we were unable to meet with him prior to cleaning because we had to go to work.

when we came back in the evening, the house was a freezer because they had turned the air down to 65 degrees and left it running. Also I could' see any difference. I don't know what they did for six hours. The house was empty. It has two small bathrooms yet the ceiling fans were still dusty, the corners behind doors still dusty. Trim around doors dirty, Windows dirty, blinds dirty. So apparently they spent six hours mopping floors in a 2000 sq ft. Just ended up being a waste of money. We won't use them again."
