"Donnie Lenon, service tech, came out to our home. He checked the roof, siding which were both ok. He determined he had to cut into the ceiling to find out where the water was leaking from. There is a bathroom upstairs directly above the downstairs bathroom and he found that the wax ring from the upstairs toilet had deteriorated and that was where the water was leaking from! He could not take on this work at this time but gave me recommendations (upon my request) for a plumber and drywall/painter. He spent at least 25 mins at my home and did NOT charge me for this inspection! TN Contracting Services were very responsive to my email/calls and came out within a couple of days to inspect our problem."
