He was very respectful of our budget and suggested ways we could get the look we were going for without breaking the bank. We needed the roof repair done immediately, and Richard took time in addition to his already scheduled projects to complete the repairs. Richard was very courteous of the fact that we were starting this work in the summer and would need them to be functional on weekends. Once work began, Richard and crew worked quickly to ensure we had a functional spaces at all times. The next step would be , to either bring the materials needed or have them delivered by reputable local companies. Upon starting we cover everything in the work area ,doors ,floors, windows and cabinets or whatever the case may be . when working , it is our goal to keep any mess to minimum( we also give you the option to take any and all waste away for an additional fee ) in the encapsulated work area. Upon completion of the job, we ask that you review our work, upon satisfaction ,send us on our way with final payment !
