We had already purchased some of the supplies to DIY our drop ceiling after I was frustrated with other contractors not returning my calls or e-mails. When Michael called, I explained to him our plight, and not having a giant truck or work van, it would be a total pain to return some of the 12 foot pieces of ceiling track. He said that while he typically wants to supply all parts for the job to ensure the quality of the components, if the parts we purchased were correct, he could use them. That was such a relief. He was fair on his pricing, and he made sure we were satisfied with all parts of the work. The quality of the work was incredible. I am so glad I didn't try to do this job myself. "We are extremely pleased with Keystone Building Services' (KBS) work on our home. Projects were fairly priced; I got other estimates. My roof didn't need replacement, yet rainwater was leaking in my LR. Justin was able to troubleshoot & seal several points on the chimney allowing leaking - stopping the problem. After another Angie's List contractor told me my next project couldn't be done because of joist spacing; KBS came to the rescue. My HVAC unit access was in the ceiling of my BR closet. KBS cleverly saw a way to get access constructed in the adjacent hallway ceiling. The framing blends in perfectly with the other molding. KBS does an excellent job of cleaning up other contractors' messes. After another contractor overcharged me for an incomplete basement drywall demo, mold remediation and poorly done French drain rehab, KBS: located & remediated mold in in another section and improved the water drainage. We're already planning future projects for KBS."

Steve and his partner fixed the hole at patio ceiling on Sunday morning and the following Moday for 2nd coating. They appeared very professional, friendly and left my patio spotless. I was very satisfied. If I have a similar project later, I will definitely call Jessup again."

"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs."
