They explained the steps needed, how they would repair some areas of need, what we would have as a finished ceiling, the timing and the MESS! Yes, they made sure to set us up for what was going to happen. They protected absolutely everything we couldn't move out of the way. Cut to today, and I absolutely love the ceilings.
