The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. If you decide to do business with us, we would ask for a 1/3 deposit( for any jobs taking longer than one day) to order the material and hold a place on our schedule, From there, we would proceed to schedule the material delivery date(if needed ) and a start time. The next step would be , to either bring the materials needed or have them delivered by reputable local companies. Upon starting we cover everything in the work area ,doors ,floors, windows and cabinets or whatever the case may be . when working , it is our goal to keep any mess to minimum( we also give you the option to take any and all waste away for an additional fee ) in the encapsulated work area. Upon completion of the job, we ask that you review our work, upon satisfaction ,send us on our way with final payment !
