"Sandra and Hugo had their work cut out for them; the house was  gross. Knowing how bad the grime level was, and how there could never be enough time in one day for them to do absolutely everything, I emailed a list of mandatory items to clean to the service the day before the appointment. Sandra and Hugo showed up a bit late, but the office called and alerted me to this (it was pouring that day and apparently were in traffic.) They literally charge from the second they walk into your home (even during the getting to know you stage and the chit chatting portion that has nothing to do with cleaning) but it wasn't too long so I have no complaints about that.
They truly *scrubbed* my full bathroom and kitchen, which were in desperate need, and continued around the rest of the house with less vigor, but still, it was done satisfactorily. 
I specifically noted to the cleaning service the day before that I have wood floors in a large portion of the home, thinking perhaps this would alter what cleaning fluids were used, but it didn't. The epoxy painted tile, laminate, and wood floors were all cleaned with the same cleaning solution. The floors are still very dirty (but considering how nasty they were, I'm not surprised.) I did ask for all baseboard and ceiling moldings to be cleaned...baseboards were done, ceiling moldings were not. I also asked that both bathrooms be scrubbed from the ceiling down, as there used to be a smoker here who smoked primarily in the bathrooms. This was absolutely done in the full bathroom, but the half bath only got a standard cleaning treatment. I asked for the furniture in the living and TV rooms to be moved for vacuuming and mopping...this was done in the living room, but not the TV room. I asked specifically that the outside of the cabinets in the kitchen be scrubbed, the fan be cleaned, and the bay window be scrubbed out (wow these things were super gross.) They moved most of the appliances on the counters to clean underneath, but not all. But oh my goodness, the job they did on the nasty grime covered cabinets, bay window, and fan more than made up for the few areas missed.
Sandra and Hugo were here for 6 long hours, and worked crazy hard for most of it. I would certainly recommend them, and will rehire them again (as soon as I can afford it.)
