"Nick went above and beyond and identified and addressed issues he noticed, when working on our project to replace and/or repair the bathroom ceiling and wall required due to water damage. He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage.
