"From the first time Al came out to look at a laundry list of projects at our home, he was consistently generous with his time and very responsive as we narrowed in on what project to tackle first. He suggested a crown molding for our living room and dining room that was slightly wider than what we initially brought to him, and his judgment turned out to be better than ours. On the two install days, he and his partner arrived exactly when he said they would, and executed the project with great attention to detail. Our plaster walls and ceilings are far from square, but Al was able to work some magic and make it all work. When we're ready to move to the next projects on our list, we'll definitely be reaching back out to Al."

"I found this company through Angie's List and decided to give them a try since they had such great reviews.Well, the reviews don't lie-after the girls were done the house was sparkling! I was so pleased with the job they did. We have a porcelain sink that's supposed to be white and it stains very easily and is super hard to clean; the girls cleaned until the sink was super white again. It took a little longer than was originally quoted, but the house needed the good scrubbing.
The only thing I was not as pleased about was the pricing. It was not communicated to me until the last minute that their rate was per person per hour instead of per hour for the whole team. Normally there is only supposed to be one person doing the cleaning but since it was the initial deep clean, two people were sent and I had to pay them each a set price per hour, which got expensive quick. They earned what they were paid but I would've appreciated that the price was communicated a little better.

"It went perfect. Gary and his crew are our go to contractors for everything. They have done work on our house and landscape many times. I would trust them with everything. My kitchen pipe under the sink rusted out on New Years Eve one time. I called Gary and he was at our house and went to Home Depot just before it closed, for the parts and fixed it that night. Best Contractor ever. Very helpful and knowledgeable."

"The owner of Norse came and was pleasant, punctual and professional. I don't think I fully understood the offering for $49--so my expections may have been out of alignment from the actual estimation done. As a general contractor, his focus was on the construction aspects of the job. I was thinking that there would be someone that could speak to the specifics around flooring choices, cabinet alternatives, etc. The estimation was detailed, but was missing a couple of the items I had gotten excited about. But I felt that the owner was fair and trustworthy. If I decide to move ahead with the large renovation he quoted me, I'd definitely feel comfortable using him as my general contractor."

"The work went very well. After Tim arrived, we headed to Lowe's because I needed to use a Spire rebate card for the materials, which included a relatively nice wooden door, paint, and 2 by 4's for the railing. It was a freezing day and I thought Tim would have trouble getting the work done by the end, but he had no problems. I also couldn't picture how a wooden railing would be sturdy enough attached to my concrete porch in place of the iron railing that had rusted off years ago, but it's incredibly sturdy and stable. I've already asked Tim to return to help with a couple of other items."
