"It went amazingly well. We needed plumbing brought to the bedroom and walls enclosed. They showed up on time, ready to work when they said they would. They were professional, neat and timely. They also assisted in saving us money on supplies by steering us to a cheaper location in price without sacrificing quality. They created three shower heads, with a bench and a huge walk in shower. A beautiful soaking tub with a huge double vanity. It is beautiful. Even after being paid, there was a tub filler rough in that was bad from the factory, but they came back and happily reinstalled the new one, which involved opening up our ceiling in the kitchen to access it. You would never know they took down a cabinet and created a huge hole in the ceiling to allow them room to work. We originally met the owner through another company when we had our kitchen installed. He was impressive then and impressive now. This is our 3rd job with Stephen and we will continue to use him for our future home remodeling jobs. I felt very secure when they were there and never had a concern when I had to leave for work. My dogs loved them. We did buy them a lot of contractor pencils because our pup ate a few. You are in great hands with Capstone Remodeling!"

"Jose was a pleasure to work with as was his crew. He explained options for all aspects of the job and gave an accurate estimate. The work was all performed beautifully and professionally. The crew knew exactly what they were doing, unlike others that I had interviewed for the job. For some reason most contractors were clueless on what products to use for placing a bead board ceiling on the porch or how best to put it up, but Jose installed the best product and in the best manner to insure longevity. I also had a leaning fence repaired where the posts had rotted underground, lights hung, wood rot around the back door replaced, and the entire house power washed. They worked efficiently and quickly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome."

"David did a good job of removing a birds' nest and debris from the vent hose, but in the process, a plywood board in front of the exterior vent area got ripped up and will need to be replaced ($ ?). He was not able to finish the job of getting air flow through the hose, due to there being several bends/joints that he couldn't reach. He said that the hose might be loose at the joints, causing air flow loss, and he could not access the joints without breaking drywall in the ceiling, or there could be other blockages that he wasn't able to see since other sections of the hose were around the bend inside the ceiling. He did not have a scope to look through the hose to get a better picture of the problem, because he said those scopes are too expensive. He gave me a quote to break the drywall to join the hose at the joints. That would cost me an additional $310 (his quote), in addition to the $129 that I already paid. That would not include repairing / replacing broken drywall, repainting the ceiling and who knows what else the job might entail. I was not expecting to pay additional costs such as these at this time, so the job remains unfinished."
